Our mission is to provide a stress-free and loving environment for your cat while offering expert grooming services. Whether your cat needs a simple trim or full grooming, we’re here to make the experience as easy and comfortable as possible for both you and your pet.
To help do that we’d like to invite you into the grooming room – we find that cats do much better with a little moral support from their favorite humans.

Haircut & Bubble Bath
A complete grooming service that includes your choice of haircut style along with a relaxing bubble bath, blow-dried or cage-dried.
A warm relaxing Bubble bath. Afterwards they're wrapped in a towel and sitting in my lap to give them time to decompress from the stress. The cats preference between hand held drying, cage drying or both. Another desheding before they go home.

Flea policy
A capstar will be given if live fleas are found on your cat $10.00
Capstar is a fast acting oral flea treatment for cats, killing adult fleas within 30 minutes. It lasts for 24 to 48 hours so it's NOT a long-term solution for flea control.
Capstar is safe for use in cats and kittens 2 pounds of body weight or greater than 4 weeks of age. It can be purchased most everywhere flea products are sold. See packaging for more details.
About
At Top Cat & Tails, I’ve been grooming cats consistently since 1988 and exclusively for the past 15 years. My experience also includes TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) for about 5 years in Florida.
What I’m most proud of is my 8 years with Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab, Utah – the largest no-kill sanctuary in the nation. I cared for and groomed over 550 cats daily while working closely with the veterinary staff. Being surrounded by hundreds of cats every day was a blessing, and it gave me the opportunity to hone my grooming skills and behavioral knowledge.
After moving to Tennessee, my dream was to open an exclusive cat grooming salon where I could combine my grooming expertise with my passion for helping cats lead their best lives. I specialize in all aspects of cat behavior and grooming, making sure your cat feels comfortable and safe during their visit.
Policy
Rabies Policy:
For the safety of all cats, we require a current rabies certificate, and the vaccine must be administered at least 3 days prior to the appointment. We prefer that you send proof of vaccination via email or text before the appointment. If we do not have proof of a current rabies vaccine by the time of the appointment, we will cancel the appointment and charge half of the appointment fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancelation without at least 48 hours notice will incur a fee of **$25.00.** Standalone nail trim appointments will be charged the full price if canceled without proper notice.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without providing advanced notice will result in a full charge for the scheduled grooming service.
Health & Safety:
We prioritize your cat’s health and safety by thoroughly disinfecting all tools and surfaces with veterinarian-approved disinfectants.
Flea Policy:
A Capstar pill will automatically be given if we detect live fleas on your cat. The charge is $10.00, and it kills fleas for 48 hours.
Dematting
Minor matting will be brushed out all other matting will be shaved. A cat’s skin is very thin and far to sensitive to handle a dematting.
